Walloys Fasteners (ISO:9001:2015 & PED Certified), has modern manufacturing set up in 20000 sq ft plant with latest machineries to produce world class quality fasteners. Each component produced at WF has heat no/batch no by which it can be traced through entire process of manufacturing till the source of raw material. Every manufacturing process /step is clearly defined in terms of separate areas going through lean manufacturing practices ensuring strict quality control checks as defined in company’s quality policy manual.

The uniqueness of WF is in-house availability of entire quality laboratory setup. Non destructive testing equipments like spectrometer to ensure correct specified chemical composition of raw material, MPI (magnetic particle inspection) testing equipment for detection of cracks, Microscope for checking microstructure and Destructive testing equipments like Impact & Tensile testing. WF has in-house Sealed Quench type heat treatment plant with process control systems like PLC, variable frequency drive, O2 probe with CP controller & air blast oil cooler for quench tank with visible exit conveyer. Various heat treatment processes like Annealing, Hardening, Mar tempering, Case hardening etc can be done.
